附录（二） 禁止及限制进口的消费类商品
- 禁止进口的消费类商品
以下商品严禁进口加拿大，无论是以商业还是个人进口方式。 加拿大海关将依法扣留此类进境商品。
- 婴儿学步车 （Baby Walkers）
- 吹气球套件 （Balloon Blowing Kits）
- 婴儿自助喂食器 (Infant Self-Feeding Devices)
- 奶瓶嘴及安抚奶嘴 （Products for babies, including teethers, pacifiers and baby bottle nipples）
- 含双酚A 的聚碳酸酯奶瓶 （Polycarbonate baby bottles that contain 4,4′-isopropylidenediphenol ( bisphenol A)
- 相思豆 （Jequirity Beans ）
- 加长草坪飞镖 (Lawn Darts with Elongated Tips）
- 非绝缘材料制成的风筝及风筝线
- 重燃蜡烛 （Relight Candles ）
- 三岁以下的儿童用品，全部或部分由含有三氯乙基磷酸盐的聚氨酯泡沫制成
Products that are made, in whole or in part, of polyurethane foam that contains tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate and that are intended for a child under three years of age
- 长绳的悠悠球 (Yo-Yo Balls with Long Cords) 绳长超过500 mm (20 in)
- 硝化纤维制成的镜框
（Spectacle frames that, in whole or in part, are made of or contain cellulose nitrate）

Products made in whole or in part of textile fibers, intended for use as wearing apparel, that are treated with or contain tris (2,3 dibromopropyl)
- 一次性液化气钢瓶
Disposable metal containers that contain a pressurizing fluid composed in whole or in part of vinyl chloride and that are designed to release pressurized contents by the use of a manually operated valve that forms an integral part of the container
- 含多氯联苯的显微镜浸油
Liquids that contain polychlorinated biphenyls for use in microscopy, including immersion oils but not including refractive index oils.

列入限制进口类的消费品，必须在进口时满足加拿大安全标准的监管规定，否则海关不予放行并有权依法扣留。
- 儿童门 （Baby Gates）
- 汽车安全座椅 (Car Seats)
必须带有加拿大机动车安全标准认证标识 
- 婴儿床或摇篮 （Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets）
必须符合下列规定： 栏杆间距不得超过6 cm (2 3/8 in) ；如带床垫，床垫与四周围栏的间距不得超过 3 cm (1 3/16 in)；四角的床柱不得超过床高3 mm
- 冰球头盔和面罩 （Hockey Helmets and Face Protectors）
头盔必须带有符合加拿大标准协会 CSA Z262.1 的标识; 面罩必须带有符合加拿大标准协会 CSA Z262.2 的标识; 头盔如超过生产日期5 年不得销售。
- 打火机 （Lighters）
必须带有明显的警示字样： “KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN / TENIR HORS DE LA PORTÉE DES ENFANTS“
- 儿童围栏 (Playpens)
必须带有符合加拿大儿童围栏规定的声明：
“This product complies with requirements of the Playpens Regulations (Canada) / Ce produit est conforme aux exigences du Règlement sur les parcs pour enfants (Canada)”
高度应超过48 cm.
不得带有超过18 cm 长的带绳
